  • We deserve fair benefits and wage increases so we can recruit and retain the best staff.
  • Staffing shortages are crippling the services we can offer students.
  • We need fair compensation and classification studies on a regular basis.
  • Staff also demand a fair remote work policy that helps us adapt to the new virtual/hybrid world for our students.
  • We deserve respect and will accept nothing less. Management needs to honor our contract.
  • Peralta students and our community deserve nothing less than the best.
