Protect Staff and Clients at HR360 - Support a Hybrid Work Model

For months, HR360 workers have tried to engage in a mutual dialogue with management to create and maintain an equitable treatment and work environment for clients and staff alike within the outpatient programs.

We firmly believe that staff care is client care. A fully hybrid work model for programs that have the capacity would honor staff and client covid risk tolerance levels as we continue to serve clients and case rates continue to fluctuate. Remote work has also resulted in staff reporting an overall improvement in mental health symptoms, which translates into improved client care.

Together, mutually pursuing a hybrid work model can make HR360 better for patients and workers alike.

We are HR360 workers standing in solidarity with our colleagues working in outpatient settings who are demanding a hybrid work model that balances remote and onsite work.

We maintain that quality outpatient services can be provided safely without requiring staff to work onsite 5 days per week, based on necessity and client engagement in in-person services.

We call on HR360 management to support staff retention, morale, and well being by continuing hybrid work in the in settings where telehealth continues to be provided to our clients.
